Whitening Procedure
Hydrogen peroxide is a highly reactive acid and has bleaching, as well as antiseptic properties, which makes our teeth white after using it. Many of the toothpastes and mouthwashes contain a little bit of hydrogen peroxide.
Rinse: Combine water and 9-35% hydrogen peroxide in 50-50 proportion. Rinse your mouth with the solution before, or after brushing your teeth.
Brush, Brush!: Take 2 tablespoons of baking soda and half tablespoon of hydrogen peroxide, and make it into a paste by using water. You can add a few drops of peppermint extract, so that it gives you a minty flavor. Take a small amount of this mixture on your damp toothbrush, and brush your teeth.
Modify your Toothpaste: In a small glass bowl, squeeze, say about a tablespoon of your regular toothpaste. Add 4 to 6 drops of hydrogen peroxide to it and a pinch of salt. Mix it well. Use this on your toothbrush and brush your teeth normally. See the difference.
